Delivery delayed due to damaged bar code on package. Can you send me a copy of the bar code???? 2/25/2013 10:08 AM
Response: We are sorry that any such issue might happen, as this is a first. The bar code seemed to be an issue at first for the Post Office, but was apparently not an issue in getting it delivered. ;) They said the package was not delayed due to this reason. We were told via the post office you picked up the package last week. Again, we are sorry that something like this might happen, however, we have no control over many of the issues such as this after it is picked up via the mail. We are saddened you gave us a 1 rating for something that was out of our control. Anyhow, sorry this happened and we hope you like the product.

I have a large kitchen drawer that holds all my long-handled utensils, wisks, scrapers - all those items that you need. Trying to find things quickly was impossible. I found your product online and ordered two sets. Best purchase I ever made! Now I can find everything at a glance and even my husband is impressed!
