I loved this product. I order two of them. What I did not care for was the service. They only mailed ONE of them to me. I then called to find out waht was going on. They are NOT open on Firday so I couldn't get an answer. I sent and E-mail and left them a phone message that Friday. They did not respond to my call or E-mail and finally on Monday afternoon I had to call them to find out what they were going to do. I asked for it to be sent overnight--they had already sent it but NOT overnight. It took 2 days before I received it. I feel that some of my money should have been refunded for the poor service.

As with the cutlery organizer, this one is perfect for housing the odd shaped, tge larger and the smaller bits and pieces that had previously just been dumped in a drawer. What a huge improvement!
