I ordered 2 of the ring organizers to go with two of the larger tray I already have. I'm very happy with everything except one of these ring trays is a completely different color than the other three. My armoire is dark cherry colored and three of the trays go with it beautifully. The last one just looks out of place - way too light.

Incomplete Shipment, Order No. 727, Axis 2701

I received Order No. 727, but was disappointed that only one No. 2701 was enclosed instead of the two that I ordered. The third item, No. 2721, was enclosed.
I sent an e-mail message to your Customer Service Dept. to request followup with a second No. 2701 box. I believe that I have already paid for all three organizers.
The boxes are very nice, and I am pleased to find organizers that fulfill my needs.
nice - but watch the color
